All systems work as intended with a clean interior. Engine starts immediately as does the generator.
The owner just had the roof sealed and all new tires in September 2021.
Normal wear and tear on some cosmetic items:
-Dining table has a table cloth stapled to it because the laminate cracked.
-Carpet has normal wear for the age of the unit. Some small stains by the dining table.
-Bathroom vent got cracked in the winter storm. It is taped for now to prevent water leaking into the unit.
-Curtain for the front window has a small tear at the top by the hooks.
-Screen missing on one window. Front passenger's side.
-Mini blinds by kitchen sink has a broken clip.
-Blinds behind driver don't stay up.

If you are looking for an emaculate coach that's has been taken very good care of, this is the coach for you. Only has 12,500 miles on it. No smoking, no pets, no smells. Has been used for a few tailgating and when not in use, has been kept under covered. Has been maintained yearly and the coach looks amazing. New batteries just purchased, great tires, everything works. So much storage inside and out. You have to see this to appreciate how good of condition it's in.
