The Precept is completely functional. All systems are working according to the seller. The generator and awnings are working properly, and the tires have good tread. The RV's shine is high gloss. All systems work as intended with a clean interior. Engine starts immediately as does the generator. The owner just had the roof sealed and all new tires in September 2021. Normal wear and tear on some cosmetic items: -Dining table has a table cloth stapled to it because the laminate cracked. -Carpet has normal wear for the age of the unit. Some small stains by the dining table. -Bathroom vent got cracked in the winter storm. It is taped for now to prevent water leaking into the unit. -Curtain for the front window has a small tear at the top by the hooks. -Screen missing on one window. If you are looking for an emaculate coach that's has been taken very good care of, this is the coach for you. Only has 12,500 miles on it. No smoking, no pets, no smells. Thanks Original owner selling well cared for Fleetwood Flair 34' Model 33R in good condition with super low 11k miles. Runs great! 2 ducted AC's. 2 large slides. Strong Ford V-10 gas engine. This Class C motorhome has lots of power and gearing to climb hills and mountains, and can tow a car or a good sized boat.This coach will sleep 6 people, and can up to 8 with the slides out and air mattresses on the floor. (cozy, but fun!) This will be a fine, and enjoyable, motorhome for some smart and savvy buyer.Also this model has a LOT of storage space including BIG lockers below. Note large cargo/weight capacity. The Cargo Carrying Capacity "CCC" is 3847 lbs. This is very important and something to always consider. Not included in the value estimate is an included Sterling (auto) Tow Bar ($800 retail new - you would still need adapters for your car, and not all automatic cars can be towed, wheels down. Also included is an on-board air compressor and 5500 watt generator that works great and only has 35 hours of use. (It has always been run on a regular basis to keep fresh) Further, I have just installed a brand new high capacity engine battery ($160) and 2 brand new Trojan 6 volt "House" batteries for a total cost of $500 These run the 12v systems, mostly lighting but also the heavy duty hydraulic jacks powerful enough to even lift the entire RV off the ground. These batteries are now both good for another 4-5 years. It also drives great, and very easy for anyone to drive.With only 11,000 original miles, you could go quite a way and expect good service and it drives like a dream.. I will also say that the tires have great tread and the sidewalls are perfect - but they are "original". This may or may not matter to you if you will park it somewhere, rather than just taking short trips, or traveling full time. I have taken this into consideration in offering this motorhome for the awesome price of $24,995, (see the NADA book value of 28-32k) but I will consider a very good offer.
