This 1989 Winnebago Itasca Spirit 27' Ford Econoline 350 with 460 engine has only 44, 800 miles on it. I believe this to be the 27Q model but I may be mistaken. Vehicle has been driven to horse shows in Kentucky, North Carolina, Florida and Georgia over the last four years as my daughter and granddaughter and friends competed in these shows. The roof was re-sealed in 2015 and the interior upgraded considerably over the four years of ownership although it still needs new carpet. There are no known leaks as of this writing.The propane fueled 4000w Onan generator shows 356 hours although never used by my daughter. None of the propane system was ever used during her 4 years of ownership. Microwave, gray and black water systems and water pumps all in working condition; awnings very good for age. Both the cab and chassis A/C in good working order. The only know questionable unit is the refrigerator. Exterior is OK but clear coat on figerglass panels mostly gone. Owner can provide additional photos on request.This is a great opportunity for a low mileage over-the-road vehicle at an extremely reasonable price.
