Really awesome RV that we've owned less than one (1) year. We are a large family with a young special-needs child. We purchased this RV to be able to travel to see family and carry her medical equipment. Well, we've been relocated nearer to our loved ones (thankfully!) and no longer need it. This is our second RV (we down-sized) and the wife enjoys driving this one. With our last one she wouldn't get behind the wheel, but this one she says drives like her SUV. Its also small enough to "get around" while on vacation, so we didn't need to tow a car like we did with the last RV. Now some basic "highlight" details: 1) Mercedes Diesel on a Dodge Sprinter Chassis - it had no trouble climbing hills fully loaded with the family, food and water. I have no idea why the Mercedes emblem isn't on the grill, but they changed that in later models. Mercedes makes a great engine and this one is no exception. Overall a solid build. 2) 3.2KW Onan Diesel Generator - 292 hours that runs great (we put on less than 100 hours) 3) ) The hot water heater is either propane or electric - 6 gallons - we never ran out with multiple showers. Now, we didn't take 15 minutes each, but for a wash before dinner for several folks and it never ran out. 4) 25,000 BTU ducted furnace 5) Rear A/C is ducted 6) TV and DVD player as well as integrated stereo system 7) Rear bunk beds - this is unique to the 24B model (see pictures). This is also a somewhat rare model - apparently not as many were made, but they are popular. There is also over the cab sleeping as well as the dual sofa's fold to make another bed. We slept the entire family one night in it, and while a little tight (there are eight of us!), a family of four (4) would have no problems spreading out. 8) Backup camera - great feature to have on an RV. 9) Free RV cover (used only this winter and in great shape) - this was a $250 cover that we have already bagged up for someone to use. We had to take the cover off for the pictures, but it was on most of the winter. During the last few weeks of REALLY bad weather, the RV was stored in doors in a covered and enclosed storage center. All of the other features, layout details and specifications can be found on their website.....feel free to email me with questions. This is a 2008, so there is some very minor wear. The carpets and flooring are in excellent shape. The beds, sofa's and top sleeping areas are clean and show no wear. There is a minor mark in the upper sleeper cab area where it looks like someone rubbed their shoe against the wall, but its not a big deal. It was there when we bought the RV and didn't stop us from buying it. On the rear of the RV it looks like the previous owner may have slightly backed into something because there is a small crack on the back left bumper (see picture). Lastly, the upper right back side brake light was cracked (again, previous owner) and I replaced the internal light with LED's....again, I noticed at the dealer and it didn't stop us from purchasing. These are minor details, but I wanted to let potential buyers know about them. The only thing that is noticeable is the spare tire wheel cover is stained. We tried cleaning it, but its as good as it can get. We were going to purchase a new leather one to support our school (SEC football fans here!), but don't need to now that we are selling. If someone purchases at the list price, we will do two things: 1) Provide a delivery bonus up to $500 - there are services which deliver RV's. We will pay a service up to $500 for the delivery, which I estimate will get this delivered to within about a 5-6 hour radius from where we live (Little Rock, AR). This is NOT a guarantee, just an estimate based on our last RV (it was delivered and it was around $1,100 for a much longer delivery range - 12 hours). If you want to pickup locally, we can discuss options. 2) We will have the RV checked out at a mechanic and confirm that the engine is in good shape (the bill will be provided as evidence if needed). The milage is low for a diesel, but there is nothing worse than not having confidence in the engine and we don't want anyone buying this RV any worries. We will need a downpayment check within 48 hours of auction close. The final payment check arrive and clear within 7 days (unless cashier's) and then we will pay and release the title (give it a week or so). During that time we will take it to the mechanic and schedule the pickup and delivery of your RV. Please feel free to email with questions (we have a few more pictures that weren't posted) and good luck!

2011 Itasca Navion 24K, There aren't many motor homes that will let you brag about fuel mileage, but this one will!  You can expect at least 15 miles per gallon overall from the Mercedes 3.0 liter turbo diesel engine.  There's also plenty of room to move around inside and the opportunity of camping in smaller state or national park campsites.  It's built by Winnebago, so you can count on durability and dependability.  And it's cute!!!
