Unit is built on the proven Ford F-53 chassis with the8.1 This unit comes standard with many high-end features and has many upgraded options. Outside entertainment with flatscreen TV and CD/radio/ speakers. Push button powered 18ft awning, powered automatic entry steps, 5500 watt Cummins/Onan gas generator with only 41 hours run time, 50 amp shore service, dual ducted air conditioners, electric powered drop down overhead bunk above pilot/copilot seats. Slideout topper awnings on all 3 slides. The fold out sofa with Ultra leather has a queen air mattress with automatic inflator/ deflator that is quite comfortable for adults. The double bunkbeds each have fold down DVD players, private windows and privacy curtains. The kitchen is well equipped with double stainless sink, 3 burner gas cooktop, gas oven, and dual conventional/ convection microwave. The refrigerator is a 4 door, 3 way RV fridge with icemaker. Beautiful solid surface Corian countertops in kitchen as well as both bath vanities. The toilets are both porcelain units with foot flush mechanism and hand held sprayers. This unit has a large shower with skylight and headroom for taller individuals. The master bedroom has a walkaround queen bed with nightstands on both sides and underneath storage. The wardrobe has many drawers and small lighted closet. The master also has a 32 inch flatscreen TV. The windows are tinted and are all outfitted with pull down day/ night privacy shades. The driver's captain chair is powered and both captains chairs will swivel to face the living space, once you arrive at your destination, and serve as recliners. The cabinetry wood is a warm lighter colored stain throughout. Lots of storage both inside and out. The main flatscreen TV in the family area is 46 inch and the exterior flatscreen TV is 36 inch. Only 45K miles on the E450 chassis and V10 engine, regular oil changes and maintenance. Gorgeous coach inside and out, 2 slides, can sleep 6 people. Queen size bed and bathroom located in rear of coach. Leather interior, Satillite TV system, 32 Inch Visio Smart TV. Upgraded Jensen stereo DVD system in coach. Back up camera, Garmin system stays, Blue Ox tow package stays, all hoses, or anything to use in coach will remain. Very clean. Non smoker. I am always getting compliaments on this coach, well maintained, very nice, easy to drive and maneuver. Must be firm on $50k that is what I owe, this is a heart break to sale, I've really enjoyed it and it has plenty of travel and memories left in it for you and your family!

35 Foot Itasca Motor Home Class A by Winnebago 2 Super SlidesThis is a very nice looking and solid motor home. It has no roof leaks at all and no water stains on the ceiling. It is in good condition inside and out. The exterior is nice looking with the original shine to the fiberglass. There is no body damage that I have noticed. There may be a scratch or ding somewhere but you will have to search. The Roof is one piece fiberglass and the roof construction is a steel arched truss with pressure treated decking. We have installed the latest version of fixed position digital antenna in place of the old crank up type. The tires are all excellent with date code of 03712 . I believe this means the third month, seventh day of 2012. All of the compartment doors work and latch. The basement is heated and so is the plumbing and holding tanks. You will find a large awning on the entry side, awning over the bedroom and hall slide, and and awning over the living room and kitchen slide.The exterior overall is a 8 out of 10. If it were no for a crack in the driver windshield it would be a 9. The interior is clean and has no odor. It has not been smoked in and there is no interior damage. You may find a little wear since it has been used but nothing needs replaced. The couch that makes a bed is clean and sleep two. The booth that makes a bed has clean upholstery and sleeps two. The leather rocker swivel recliner is brand new. I installed it today since the original was missing. You will notice a new 32" smart wifi tv installed in the front with a new dvd player. It is professionally installed and trimmed out to look factory installed. The driver captain seats seats are clean with basically no wear and they both swivel. From the driver seat you can control the fully automatic hydraulic level system and most everything in the rv. The kitchen is very clean from the sunk double sink to the appliances. The refrigertor is clean and used lightly. The same for the cook-stove and microwave. The water heater is electronic ignition. The bathroom is very nice with sliding glass doors for a large bath tub and a good size bath room . Across from the bath room you will find the double closed that is part of the rear super slide. The master bedroom is probably the best of all. I purchased a brand new 12" memory foam KING mattress. It has never been used. I installed it today. All of the oak doors and cabinets look nice and have no damage. The Chassis is the C5500 Work Horse GM with the 8.1 V8 engine. It runs and drives GREAT.! It is smooth with no shimmy, shake or rattle. It has just over 60k miles and the generator has just over 400 hours. We serviced the generator and installed a new carburetor. It is a smaller rv to have two super slides and it is very spacious. It is nice and it has many options I have not listed. We do take trades of rv's , campers, equipment and a lot of other stuff. Call or text 501-593-7448 in Searcy Arkansas for information.
