2008 Itasca Navion IQ, We are going to sell our Navi. A like new, Mercedes powered, 2008 Itasca Navion IQ DL. It only has 25,000 miles on it since we bought it July, 2008. We chose the Navion IQ DL because of its styling, reliability, and intelligent use of space and a separate bedroom with a slide that creates a walk-around queen size bed. It fits in small campgrounds but feels bigger on the inside. It also fits in our driveway without upsetting the neighbors. It is a very nice looking rig with European style interior. It has a Mercedes chassis and drive train with a 3.0 liter turbocharged diesel engine. People who drive the speed limit get 17 MPG but I have a lead foot and usually get 14-15 MPG. It has a nice sized bathroom with sink, toilet and separate shower that big guys can use. It has a quiet propane generator, which I love, and the exhaust doesn't stink. TVs in the bedroom and front compartment There are a lot of upgrades. It has a dealer installed automated satellite dish from King Dome ($1800) I modified the battery to fit two 300 amp 6 volt Lifeline AGM batteries. The batteries can power a boondocker for many days. (They should last 10 years or more. They have never been completely discharged and they are maintained by Progressive Dynamics Converter.) ($800) I installed a Progressive Dynamics PD4645 4600 Series 45 Amp Converter that keeps the batteries conditioned like a Battery Tender for long life. I installed a Xantrex PROWatt 2000 Inverter, and wired a dedicated plug for 110 volts from the inverter. That way you can use a hairdryer during quiet hours. I wired it so you can plug in a Battery Tender for the chassis battery. It has quite a few LED lights. I put Timbren Suspension SES Kits rubber bumpers on the axle to help with the sway going over bumps slowly. A two-bike rack for the tow car. For $7,200 we will also sell our like-new tow car (a loaded 2009 gasoline Smart for Two) with a Roadmaster 020 Tracker Tow Bar. The Smart Car has 45,000 miles on it and can fit dog car seats behind the front seats. It is only 1800 pounds so you don't have to use a separate tow break. The car has: Brand New Tires Leather seats Heated seats Clock and Tack Upgraded Radio and CD player with mp3 connection Alloy Wheels and Two Bike Racks. $68,500.00
