The overall condition of this coach is very good to excellent.
The exterior shows moderate sun wear, and some paint blemishes on the hood, but overall the exterior presents well for the year. The awning looks good, and the tires are almost new.
The interior is the star of the show. The front seats are super clean, and this carries back to the living area.
Overall minimal wear, and light scuffing, really just a very well-maintained coach.
The current owner is a talented carpenter and has performed some smart, useful upgrades such as extra insulation throughout the coach, added cubby compartments in the rear storage, and a charging station in the bathroom.
The leveling system has been converted to manual, he has provided an air compressor and a fitting for keeping it level.
The box of service records since new is included.

The complete kitchen features a double sink, a 2-burner gas stove, a convection microwave, and a roomy electric/propane refrigerator. There is a large pull-out pantry and additional storage all over.
The water closet features a toilet and a shower with a skylight. The owner has added a cubby for device charging and storage. The sink is in a separate area near the entrance.
A large AC unit and heater keep the coach comfortable, and a 4000-watt Onan generator allows for boon-docking adventures.
