Overall, the RV appears to be in average shape for its age. All four interior TVs have been replaced with newer units. It has a newer engine and house batteries, among many other owner upgrades. However, it does show the typical upholstery wear found on many RVs of this age. The owners have taken very good care of this coach!! The exterior is getting detailed this week (9/25/22). Here is a list of recent maintenance (they have all the service records available upon request from a serious buyer): Serviced in 2022, which included an annual oil change and inspection of all fluids and belts. The every-other-year alignment of wheels and inspection of the undercarriage was also done. Cummins representative did a complete inspection of the generator.
