The owners have taken very good care of this coach!! The exterior is getting detailed this week (9/25/22). Here is a list of recent maintenance (they have all the service records available upon request from a serious buyer): Serviced in 2022, which included an annual oil change and inspection of all fluids and belts. The every-other-year alignment of wheels and inspection of the undercarriage was also done. Cummins representative did a complete inspection of the generator. Nice coach. Not used very often. The tire age is 66 months (from 2018); however, it was purchased new in 2019. They are in good shape. Wheel covers included! A red chair and ottoman can be included, but they have the sofa sleeper it came with; up to the buyer which one they would like. King size bed is custom-made and is extra long. Newer vinyl floors in 2020. There are some ripples on the roof. The very back left side. The seller says they have not had any water damage or leaks.
