There are just under 10,000 miles on the engine/coach which contributes to its overall excellent condition. The owner just replaced all of the tires because of their age. There are a couple of minor issues that should be addressed to make this coach absolutely perfect. For example, a couple of the window blinds need a new control string to raise and lower them.
