The seller advises there are no known issues; this one is ready to hit the road, and all systems fully operational.
There are new slide-out seals (2022), new slide toppers (2022), new house batteries (2022), a new toilet in the half bath (2022), a new convection oven (2022), and all tires replaced in 2019.
The washer/dryer was removed by the previous owner, and a large pantry installed instead. Seller is not sure if the plumbing was removed or not.

The kitchen includes a residential size double door fridge with icemaker, double sink, new convection oven, stove top, countertop extension, and lots of cabinet storage. Next to the fridge is the stackable washer/dryer, with the half bath on the left.
Moving to the rear of the coach, you'll find the master bedroom with a king bed, two night stands, a TV, & dresser storage.
At the very rear is the full master bathroom with double vanity sinks, toilet, shower & wardrobe closet.
