As per the seller, all mechanicals, systems, and appliances work as they should.
The exterior is in average condition for its age, the coach had clear stone guard film installed with the initial purchase. This film has cracked and discolored over the years, causing the front end to appear in bad shape, seller states if it is removed the paint is in decent shape.
The rear lower quarters on each side have minor body damage; the damage doesn't interfere with any of the operations of the coach. Patio awning has a tear repaired by seller.
The Interior shows well, with no signs of smoking. No odors or staining were observed during photographing.
