With less than 40,000 miles on it, this RV has a lot of miles left to travel. The Ambassador 40DFT has been parked in the same direction for a little bit, so the high desert sun has taken its toll on the gel coat on the passenger side and rear of the coach. The seller reports a water leak in the vicinity of the freshwater tank, but the source has yet to be determined. And, the coach will need new tires.
