34ft Class A motorhome, 460 V8 with Banks Power Kit, 7 brand new 10 ply tires (including spare) with less than 1500 miles, new radiator/belts/hoses. Driver door and Side entry door for passengers. Sleeps 6 (bedroom, pull out sofa, dinette), newer carpet throughout in good condition, standard rooftop A/C in front (also have original, working A/C unit that can be re-installed in rear- was replaced with fantastic fan), Carefree of Colorado Awning-acrylic fiber in great shape-will not rot/mildew/deteriorate, plenty of storage inside and out including under carriage and through body, amazing cedar closet (wife's favorite), full tank of propane, upgraded stainless microwave, three burner stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer-appliances all in good/working condition. Rear ladder has been removed due to safety issues. Have always personally used little giant when getting on roof. Newer engine and house batteries. Onon Marquis 5000 generator. Two Adco Designer Tyvek RV covers for off season storage. Clean title in hand.
