Sleeps 6 (bedroom, pull out sofa, dinette), newer carpet throughout in good condition, standard rooftop A/C in front (also have original, working A/C unit that can be re-installed in rear- was replaced with fantastic fan), Carefree of Colorado Awning-acrylic fiber in great shape-will not rot/mildew/deteriorate, plenty of storage inside and out including under carriage and through body, amazing cedar closet (wife's favorite), full tank of propane, upgraded stainless microwave, three burner stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer-appliances all in good/working condition. Rear ladder has been removed due to safety issues. Have always personally used little giant when getting on roof. Newer engine and house batteries. Onon Marquis 5000 generator.
