I am reluctantly selling my bug-out, emergency, man cave, 33' 5th wheel mobile home as I am moving and can't take it with me. I have re-done many facets of the coach to be one that would make a great live in permanent or back-up disaster movable self contained home. The coach has an all aluminum design, made by Holiday Rambler. I have re designed the interior for function and comfort. With 2 30 lb propane tanks, 2 grey water 35 gallon and 1 35 gallon brown water tanks with solar vents, 2 fantastic fans, the bedroom has it attached to a thermostat. I replaced the short rv mattress with a regular queen memory foam bed.This 3 level design provide extensive storage both inside and out. Window awnings and a slide topper keep the interior cool and provides privacy. The onboard Onan propane generator is operated from inside and out. It will run the fridge, ac and charge batteries in times where land power is unavailable. There is a corner shower with tub and a separate toilet area and a sink and vanity area. Lots of closets and drawers along with plenty of shelves. All the interior is made of solid wood construction. There is a 3 burner gas stove and oven, A double sink along with a separate Ice maker. The old water tank was removed and an on-demand system was installed for endless hot water for showers, dishes, etc. The fridge is cold and functions on onboard 110. The propane has not been used and will need service to get it to function. The fridge is an ammonia rv fridge and is very efficient and well insulated to keep itself cold for 12 hours or more without having power. There is central ducted air and heat. An aluminum roof which has been coated with insulated white rubber. The 12' slide is hydraulic or manually operated. The ceilings are insulated with 4 layers of insulating witch is covered with an easy clean soft leatherette covering. The living area has a 12 foot couch which is super comfortable leather. There are 2 recliners at one end and a queen pull out unused bed for guests. Pocket doors separate all 3 levels for various levels of privacy. Custon steps with storage below them. Sureflo water pump provide good water pressure when not hooked to land water. Full 5.1 surround with a 27" flatscreen. An additional full coach sound systems is also controlled in the living and sleeping areas. Lights are LED and florescent for very low amp draw. There is a small desk area for a laptop station, cable and phone connections, exterior security lamps and more. This is a tight well insulated quiet self contained no leak aluminum (no wood rot) structure. Clean and very nice. A solid bit of piece of mind in a rapidly changing environment. Use for a downsize or in case of any situations which require a quick response. I know Ive left out a bunch and will add them as I remember them. This is a very clean, solid, leak free, smoke-free coach. It is very roomy with good headroom. Custom paint was applied by the previous owner who kept this coach in super condition. There are all the original manuals.There is no other rv like this anywhere and is not only nice on the outside but the interior is equally impressive. +++PLEASE NOTE: This item is advertised locally in papers and on CL and may sell to best offer at anytime.
