2006 Holiday Rambler FEMA 32' Trailer, in great condition. These units were built as mobile homes for FEMA. Model is 32KS and sleep over 8. Has a queen bedroom, sleeper sofa, booth dinette sleeper, and 4 bunk beds. Very nice finishing and furnishings. Exterior needs a good polish, inside is almost like new. See the YouTube video, for a full tour..Queen bed up front and living area has a dinette booth and a leather sofa. Trailer sleeps 8-10 in total. In the kitchen area: 2 door fridge, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave oven, and hot water tank. In the bathroom, in a private room: toilet, vanity, and shower/tub. At the rear of the trailer, are 4 bunk beds (two on each side). Many more options. State/regional taxes, SMOG, and DMV fees will also be added to all California residents. California usage tax (8%) also applies to sales to customers of all states/countries if the vehicle or motorhome is picked up in California. Some states have a reciprocal tax agreement with California, meaning you don't pay taxes twice.
