As per the seller, all mechanicals, systems, and appliances work as they should. The exterior is in average condition for its age, the coach had clear stone guard film installed with the initial purchase. This film has cracked and discolored over the years, causing the front end to appear in bad shape, seller states if it is removed the paint is in decent shape. The rear lower quarters on each side have minor body damage; the damage doesn't interfere with any of the operations of the coach. Patio awning has a tear repaired by seller. The Interior shows well, with no signs of smoking. No odors or staining were observed during photographing. This is a very clean motor home (no smokers) which has primarily been used for winter trips to Florida. The unit comes with 1.5 years remaining on a transferable extended warranty. The complete rear suspension has been rebuilt with stronger control arms, air bags and new shocks rear and front. Six Firestone tires were new 9/2013. There are 4 brand new (January/2017) coach batteries. The steering box is a new assembly as is the hydraulic leveling pump/tank and valve assembly. Slide out covers have been replaced and are in fair condition. Unit is fitted with a Cummins 300 hp motor and Allison 5 speed transmission. 8000 series Onan generator. Two air conditioners Two flat screen,digital color TVs with front one mounted on articulating arm so as to position for easy viewing from two recliner chairs with hassocks.
