This Sundance needs some work and TLC to get her back into shape.
The exterior first needs a detail cleaning, including a good waxing. I did not notice any damage, just paint oxidation.
There is evidence of some type of water leak in the front pass-thru storage compartment.
The exterior kitchen needs a good cleaning as well, but all components are present and appear to be in good shape.
Tires should be inspected and probably replaced.
The patio awning is damaged, I could not open it because the unit was against a building.
The Interior is also in need of a thorough cleaning although I did not notice any cooking, smoking, or pet odors.
The sofa is damaged and needs to be replaced.
The interior door to the bunkhouse has a hole in it and needs to be replaced.
After a thorough cleaning, some TLC, and routine maintenance, this unit could be a perfect get-away for someone.
Leveling jacks are not functioning.

The Sundance Fifth Wheel has one of the largest bunkhouse areas I have seen. The opposing slides give the room plenty of space for four bunks and a huge storage wall for everyone's belongings and room for a TV. Plenty of space for activities!
The main living area has a large U-shaped dinette that easily converts to a bed. the full kitchen with a double sink, a range, a microwave, and even a large pantry!
The entertainment center has a heat-producing fireplace, large TV, and a DVD player/stereo.
The Master has plenty of room and lots of storage - there is also a washer/dryer hookup in the closet and a TV area.
The highlight of the exterior of this Sundance is the large exterior kitchen.
You will find plenty of storage as well.
Reason for selling is no longer using.
