The exterior of the RV is in good shape but could use a good bath from the spring dust and spiderwebs. This has been a full-time lived in unit for a couple years, so there is some expected, wear and tear on the interior and upholstery from full-time living, including Some damage to the furniture upholstery due to having pets inside the RV. The RV has very low miles, as it has only been towed from the original dealer to the spot it is at now. The interior is very clean with no soiling or water intrusion. No rips or tears were observed on the furniture. The flooring and ceiling all looked great. All lights seem to function. No damage was observed on the exterior.
