This 2017 Gateway by Heartland 3650BH has been well taken care of.
The owner has waxed the RV yearly to protect it from the sun.
The leather furniture has a few peeling issues, and the present owner has put a cover over the areas with issues.
The tires were all replaced in 2021.

2017 HEARTLAND GATEWAY 3650BH FIFTH WHEEL!
This 2017 Gateway by Heartland 3650BH is in great condition. It has a very open and comfortable interior and can sleep up to eight people. This RV was built with quality in mind, with both the undercarriage and the living space made well.
The present owner improved upon it, adding stabilizer crossbeams, upgraded leaf springs, wet bolts, and reinforced steel welded to all suspension components. It includes top-of-the-line tires that are only two years old. The present owner purchased this fifth wheel and made several upgrades, including a rear stabilizer jack that reduces the RV's movement when the kids are running around.
In 2022, he upgraded to a Reese Goose Box, making connecting to your pick-up much easier. The factory pin box is available and comes with the unit.
The living area has plenty of seating, including jackknife lounge chairs and a dinette that opens to a full bed. The back bedroom has a bunk bed, a sofa that opens to a full bed, and a drop-down bed that can sleep up to four children.
This RV has four TVs: one in the living area, one in the back room, one in the master bedroom, and one outside in the exterior kitchen. The RV stereo has speakers inside and outside, where you can listen while sitting under the full-size awning.
The kitchen has ample space, including a wraparound counter area for preparing meals. It also has a large refrigerator, microwave, three-burner stove, and oven. The unit also has an outside shower and kitchen with an additional refrigerator, sink, microwave, and gas grill connections. Everything was maintained impeccably, and it was in good working order.
