This 2020 FUEL 362 is a one-owner toy hauler, lightly used, and shows very well.
Numerous standard items include a heated, enclosed underbelly, power front landing gear, and power rear stabilizers. Other features include a "quick connect" ramp door patio system, a power bed/sofa in the garage, and a universal docking system with Black Tank Flush.
Inside, you'll find solid stained hardwood doors and drawers with full extension drawer guides, a kitchen package with a quality stainless steel sink, a residential-style faucet, a microwave, and an eight cu.ft. stainless steel refrigerator.
The generous 8-gallon DSI 110/12V water heater with Bypass, a large shower with skylight, and plenty of linen and towel storage.
Also standard is a DVD/CD Radio Entertainment Package, cloth-style Night Shades, and generous LED interior lighting.
Master bedroom is equipped with a queen mattress, a second queen bed is a drop down bed located in the garage area, then there are two fold down bench seats which make a 3rd queen size bed. Last, there is a single person loft bed accessed by a ladder which accommodates an adult or 2 children.
In the living room area there is an oversize sofa with a luxurious recliner on each end of the sofa.
The oven and stove operate properly but they have never been used. There is an outdoor kitchen with a pull-out propane burner, a sink with dump-pan, and a compact refrigerator.
There are three power vent fans to help maintain fresh air flow throughout the interior.
For safety, there are 3 smoke detectors, and 2 Carbon Monoxide detectors.
The RV is meticulously clean and well maintained.
