According to the RV owners, all systems, electronics, and appliances are in good working condition and performing as the manufacturer intended. No repairs are needed on any of those items, but there is a small area on the top of the chest where wax from a candle melted.

2019 Big Country 4010RD, manufactured by Heartland, is a great fifth wheel ready for a family, year-round camping, or full-time living. This RV offers many features found in a residence with plenty of space for true residential-style living or the weekend warrior.
The 4010RD has a wide-open floor plan with an island kitchen and a residential stainless-steel double-door refrigerator freezer with ice and water in the door. A three-burner stove, oven, and convection microwave make preparing meals enjoyable. A dining table with chairs completes the kitchen and dining area of the RV.
There is a large living area with a pair of recliners, two sofa sleepers, large screen television with beautiful cabinets, and a fireplace. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their favorite television show or watch their favorite team play.
The master bedroom is in the front of the RV, and it has a king-size bed, a large, mirrored door closet, and additional storage in a chest. In the second closet in the master bedroom, you will find a stacked washer and dryer.
Bathroom amenities include a vanity with sink, mirrored medicine cabinet, toilet, small linen cabinet, and a large shower with a bench seat. The bathroom has two doors one that you enter from the hallway, and the other allows entrance from the master bedroom.
