The unit has normal wear and tear for the age of the RV. There is some damage from a bad backup to the living room slide. Please check out the photos/video. The interior of the RV is in great condition. Did not notice any funny smells. The master bedroom bed did have stains on the mattress. 2011 Heartland North Country 29RLSS, Can't get home loan? this is very livable! Aside from delivery, this RV has not been on the road. It has been our stationary part-time home for almost 4 years, which means the tires, brakes, bearings, etc., are factory new. Unit has 2 slides. Corner shower in bathrm. Oven,3 burner stove, microwave. NADA Guides shows 2011 retail for this unit was $27,181 and current "Average Retail" as $19,200. We are asking $16,900 or best offer. We have done a number of upgrades: 1. Queen mattress was replaced with two singles forming a King. 2. Plastic kitchen faucet was replaced with stainless steel. 3. Twenty six inch TV was replaced with 32 inch flat screen. 4. Spaces under dinette benches are equipped with 4 foot slide-out storage boxes. 5. Original 2 chairs were replaced with 2 Laz-y-Boy leather, wall hugger recliners. 6. A 15 inch rotating fan was mounted over the 32 inch TV. 7. A 19 inch flat screen TV was installed in the bedroom. 8. Toilet was replaced May 2014. 9. Roof coated with ProTek Thermcote, a 100% Acrylic Elastomeric, Urethane, Ceramic, waterproof, insulating roof coating. 10. New A/C unit installed June 2015. 11.
