2011 Heartland North Country 29RLSS, Can't get home loan? this is very livable! Aside from delivery, this RV has not been on the road. It has been our stationary part-time home for almost 4 years, which means the tires, brakes, bearings, etc., are factory new. Unit has 2 slides. Corner shower in bathrm. Oven,3 burner stove, microwave. NADA Guides shows 2011 retail for this unit was $27,181 and current "Average Retail" as $19,200. We are asking $16,900 or best offer.
