Almost-New condition. Used for only 2 road trips. We paid an additional $3000 to add the large stackable washer and dryers, and they are very nice. Also added a number of custom woodworking features for good use of space, that make this unit a bit unique. Additionally, I have picked up some extra cables and gas lines, for different situations an RV owner may run into, which I will gladly include.
