Dual fuel station (1 for generator and 1 for toys). toy lock. new battery and have another battery and box to do dual batteries. 2 flat screen tv. Surround sound. Outside shower. Outside stereo. 30 and 50 amp capable. 2 Electric awnings. Bearings serviced twice a year no matter what. Includes all hoses needed. I'm original owner. Bought it brand new. I had the air ride pin box installed. Also comes with a B&W companion hitch. All the person needs is a B&W turnover ball setup in their truck and off they go.
