29 foot 2014 Heartland Elkridge Express Plus 5th wheel travel trailer. Excellent condition, low mileage, and used sporadically for less than 3 seasons. Mid-profile RV; 12 feet high, very stable while cornering and not top heavy. Back living area, middle kitchen, bath and bedroom in front elevated area. RV has never been taken off a paved road, is very clean and like new. This 5th wheel is a light weight edition. Weighs 5817 lbs dry. We have a ¾ ton Dodge Ram and it tows it so easily that at times I have to check to make sure it’s still there! I believe a half-ton truck would tow it like a dream also. Has an 88 degree turning radius, making it much easier to back into those tight camping spaces. There is an Extended Warranty that transfers to the new owner and still has 4 years left on it. Used 2016 Heartland RV ElkRidge E365. I used this for one month since buying in November of last year. Selling due to personal issues. Went to Ohio and picked up this trailer near Heartland. The trailer comes in a high gloss laminated fiberglass.it has enclosed underbelly, spare, power awning with led lights, detachable cord, aluminum rims, outside speakers, black tank flush, triple step, large refer, night shades, gas/electric dsi water heater, porcelain commode with foot flush, push back recliners, 13k and a 15k air conditioning, painted front cap. Outside fridge with outside shower hookup. There is one issue with the trailer and that is that the water heater won't run of electric the way its supposed to. Not sure if the one year warranty is transferable to get the water heater fixed or not. Everything else works great. Since buying it I installed rods on the bunk beds for curtains. Selling below book value to move it and also because I don't want to mess with the water heater. Please no dealers or resellers wanting to sell it for me. Call for questions.
