Very comfortable with king size bed, electric fireplace that puts out great heat, AC, tons of storage inside. Huge basement storage, cable hook up in master BR and basement storage area for outside TV, wood cabinetry,washer dryer hook up, ceiling fan, refrigerator runs off electric and gas, Three burner stove and oven, microwave oven, Fantastic Fan with rain sensor. New Michelin E rated tires approximately three years ago with lots of tread left. Brand new spare tire. Recently upgraded 40" TV, Samsung Smart Blu-Ray and surround sound system that sounds awesome! New leather recliners. Vinyl flooring and carpet in good condition. No tears or rips. Comes with a custom made $500 cover. Recently serviced A/C with new capacitor, circuit board, and thermostat. Water heater serviced last winter. Front leveling jacks recently lubed and serviced with new gears. This 5th wheel has served me well and has been very reliable.
