Dry weight 11,300; GVWR 14,000. 3 slides, rear entertainment system, fold out couch, two recliner chairs, two air conditioners. Island kitchen which is preferred by most... no having to circle around an L-shaped counter. Rear hide-away TV that raises and lowers automatically. DVD player included. Electric fireplace that augments the propane furnace to help take the chill off as you enjoy the entertainment system. RV tub size shower... no standing in a little triangle shaped shower. Double door refrigerator and double door two-section freezer compartment. Lots of storage space. Bedroom has a queen size bed (can add king size). Sliding closet doors and space for washer/dryer (not included). We used the W/D space for extra closet space. Plenty of storage space in the pass-through storage section underneath and more storage up front. Includes Adco cover, water softener and custom made front curtain/shroud that surrounds the hitch area for outside storage (bikes, tables, chairs, etc.). Includes sewer hoses, water hoses and 50 amp power cable and two 12-V batteries. Michelin tires in excellent condition. Front hydraulic lifts and rear electric stabilizers make this unit easy to level. We purchased this to winter in Arizona... we like AZ so much we moved here and purchased a home... no longer need the RV.
