The only reason I am selling it is because I have upgraded to a Class A motorhome due to a growing family. This trailer has a,15K BTU Ducted AC, Microwave, 3 Burner Stove with Oven, Only 9,130 lbs Unloaded Vehicle Weight (Dry Weight inc hitch weight of ~1,850lbs.), 11,900 lbs GVWR (Max Recommended/Gross), 32'10" Length, 53 Gallons Fresh Water Capacity, 40 Gallons Black water Capacity, 80 Gallons Grey Water Capacity, Two 30 lb Propane Tanks, Sleeps 6, Over-sized Dinette, Sofa Hide-A-Bed,and electric Landing jacks front and rear. I replaced the bias ply tires a few years ago. I went with a steel belted load range E truck tire.
