Coach is in excellent condition. Needs nothing. NEW ITEMS: refrigerator, both TV's, convection-micro oven, GPS with color back up camera, tire pressure and temp. Monitor, cover with clear panes for solar panels, cb-weather radio, ceramic and laminate floors with carpet in br., New tires last year with 900 miles on them. we have all records, receipts. Built in Ontario Ca. Cost 118000. New. Standard items: built in vacuum, jacks, spare tire, two solar panels, 7.5kw gen set, washer/dryer. In addition to the standard features the original owner (we are the second) had the engine opened up for the addition of a pack brake system. Also has a safety steering system. The patio room and all items shown go with the coach. Plus.. chairs and table for outside pots, pans, silverware, ETC.
