34’ 2010 Hartland “North Trail”Bump-Out Camper $17,600 2010 Heartland “North Trail” Model: 31RLSS VIN: 5SFNB3323AE207675 Weight: 6612lb empty Length: 34’ 4” Height: 10’ 10” Purchased: 05/10/2010 (I am the original owner) Travel: 13,000 road miles logged Location: Fish Creek, WI (can transport to northern suburbs of Chicago) Features: Living area bump-out with inflatable hide-a-bed. Two TV’s; entertainment system with outdoor speakers. Enclosed and heated underbelly, Fiberglass siding, Electric awning, 15” LCD TV w/ DVD (I have the manufacturer’s equipment sheet)Repairs: Fresh water tank strap broke; repaired 08/12. Replaced three vent covers on 07/14. (a few other repairs had been done by dealer under warranty). Other modifications and enhancements to improve storage, access and functionality. Maintenance: Brakes checked, adjusted and wheel bearings repacked in summer of 2014. The awning left arm sprocket is out of alignment due to wind.
