Used two seasons - loved it! Travels great; have towed a vehicle as well. We are upgrading (but don't want to trade in). Title is not in hand. Purchased from rental company so mileage is high but in really great shape. We also have recent service records and all manuals. The annual / 45-point inspection was completed earlier this year to include water heater, fridge, furnace and exhaust servicing. Muffler replaced. New flooring and roof resealed.
