This camper is in excellent condition. There are no noticeable scuffs or scratches on the exterior. All of the fits and finishes in the interior look much newer than a camper of this year. This is an amazing fifth wheel that is very well built with true QUALITY CONSTRUCTION. This trailer is in great shape inside and out. It has soooo much storage built in throughout the trailer. The layout is just wonderful. The large windows make the space light and bright. The rich warm wood and earth tones throughout the space are beautiful. The kitchen is simply stunning with GRANITE COUNTERTOPS! There is an AMAZING AMOUNT OF KITCHEN COUNTERSPACE! There is lots of storage in the kitchen, HUGE PANTRY, double door fridge/freezer, double sink, 3 burner stove/oven, and microwave. The dining booth is placed nicely next to the kitchen. The living room has 2 leather-ette barrel chairs, and a comfy couch that is placed nicely for viewing the entertainment center, with desk space, and FIREPLACE. The couch is also a hide-a-bed for extra sleeping space. The bedroom is wonderful as well with a walk around queen bed, and tons of storage including a nice closet, chest of drawers, and nice built ins. There is also a closet with washer/dryer hook ups. The bathroom has a granite topped sink/vanity, cabinet space, big glass enclosed corner shower, and the commode all in one private room. This fifth wheel is very spacious. There are 2 air-conditioners and a heater. This trailer is a FOUR SEASONS INSULATED trailer, meaning it is ready to keep you very comfortable in the cold and hot weather! It has an all ALUMINUM FRAME. There is lots of good outdoor storage as well.
