The roof appears to be in great condition. Over time the seller has applied sealant strips in various areas. Shortly after purchasing, the rear slide railing was replaced and recalibrated. Safety hand-rails were purchased for the main entrance stairs but have not yet been installed. The RV controls can be operated by a bluetooth phone app...this is a terrific feature. The front awning end cap has been slightly damaged. It does not affect the operation of the awning, but would be best replaced. This RV is extremely nice, and very well appointed. The experienced RV owner has added so many features that must be seen to be fully appreciated. SOLITUDE by GRAND DESIGN is well known for innovation and build quality. This 3950BH-R is an extraordinary "family friendly" floor plan as seen in the photos and video. This RV has been made even better by its seasoned owner. He is an experienced RV'er and has made a number of wonderful improvements since he first purchased it. For example, he added a "DIRT DEVIL" CENTRAL VACUMM System which performs extremely well. Also included is a Washer/Dryer. The dryer is installed inside a pantry door in the kitchen, and the washer is nearby. The seller upgraded the water system by replacing the water pump with a higher capacity pump and pressure tank. This upgrade eliminates pulsing water output when boondocking. Please note: the REESE 20K lb 5th wheel hitch will be replaced with the original factory installed hitch. Other thoughtful additions include the blue-tooth TIRE LINK pressure monitors, FURION S7 3 camera system, 7" systems monitor, exterior side and rear cameras, tire/wheel storage covers, and much more. Of note is the addition of the stainless steel GRAY and BLACK WATER tank scrubbers. Engineered and installed by this owner, this Gray and black water flush system using stainless steel 360 degree nozzles for the front tanks for a complete cleaning. Throughout the RV are many other well thought-thru improvements which include standard motion activated LED lighting. The seller added numerous USB chargers in various locations. An electrical outlet plug is installed in the front storage bay which is connected to the invertor system, and strategically placed hanger hooks for accessories and other items. A RING doorbell mount is installed at the main entrance door. Nearby is a fairly new WINEGARD wireless WIFI module. You will see this ceiling mounted WIFI module in the hallway leading to the primary bathroom. In the master bedroom, the owner mounted two Mobile phone extension arms, and RED/WHITE flexible reading lamps. USB's were also added in the master bedroom. The upgraded king mattress also includes a quality foam topper for real sleeping comfort. The primary bathroom has a bidet, and the seller has added LED lighting in the shower stall. By the way, the shower stall is large like a residential shower. In the rear bunk bedroom there is a full bathroom with a shower. A rear door to the outside is a wonderful feature. Please note the rear bedroom couch is included but not shown in the photos. In the kitchen, the seller relocated the flat screen TV from the counter top area to the slide frame. It is practical and allows for guests or family seated on the couch to comfortably watch television instead of it being blocked by the kitchen island. The original mount for this TV is stored in the RV in case you wish to change it. The FOSGATE Bluetooth Stereo System is housed in the kitchen cabinets. Power USBs added to the couch console for convenience. TireLink 4 tire pressure/temperature system is installed. Upgraded roof vent covers to allow ventilation without letting water in. AQUOR freeze proof garden hose w/retraction reel recently installed on the curb side. Another great feature is the Bluetooth Battery status monitor system to monitor house batteries while driving.
