The RV's exterior shows well but is a bit dusty from springtime pollen, but it should clean up nicely. The unit is always stored under the awning in the pictures; in fact, it has never been stored anywhere else. One of the opposing couches in the living room was removed to accommodate the seller's music space, but he still has the original couch available to go with the RV.
