The RV was in great shape inside and out. The decals and upholstery were in great condition, with no fading, rips, or tears. The couch armrest had a couple of small burn holes. One battery was not charging properly so it was removed. The foot pedal on the toilet is in the process of being replaced. The RV is well-maintained, very clean, and in good condition with normal wear. Stored indoors when not in use. Some wear on the recliners and a pleather panel was put on the back of one recliner. All systems work as they should and are maintained as needed. The LPG detector and tires were replaced in 2022.
