The limited use this 29RS has had--being pulled approximately ten times--and having only a single owner with no family have reduced wear and tear on this trailer to little, if any. The following features have not been used: oven, stove, pull-out couch, exterior fridge and TV, and outside shower. The stereo has never even been turned on. With its three slide-outs, the Grand Design Reflection 29RS has the room and feel of a larger trailer with plenty of storage and amenities, including an island in the kitchen, a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, and a free-standing dinette. Outside entertainment is a breeze, as is catching the football game and tailgate with the exterior TV and 1.6 cubic foot refrigerator, including outdoor speakers. Reason for selling is seller has aged and cannot handle pulling anymore.

The RV is well-maintained, very clean, and in good condition with normal wear. Stored indoors when not in use. Some wear on the recliners and a pleather panel was put on the back of one recliner. All systems work as they should and are maintained as needed. The LPG detector and tires were replaced in 2022.
