This 2018 Reflection 28BH has been used as a riverside cabin by its only owners since new and has been very well taken care of its entire life. All electrical systems were functioning during the on-site, and both the heater and fireplace kept the trailer more than comfortable. The seller reports that all plumbing and water systems are in working order, and there was no cause for concern. The exterior has no noticeable dings, dents or scratches and the roof is clean and properly sealed with no signs of water issues. The odor free interior has no rips, tears or stains and shows no significant signs of wear. The pocket door for the bunk area needs to be reset on its tracks and a drawer front in the step entering the bunkhouse will need to be re-attached but neither will impact the usability of the trailer in general.
