According to the seller, the RV's exterior could use good washing and polishing but should clean up nicely. There is a dent ont he front passenger side corner of the metal flashing. The generator is not running and is believed to need a new carburetor. The interior upholstery has the typical peeling associated with synthetic leather, and a pet scratches a few walls. The master bedroom floor has a carpet remnant over the original vinyl flooring, and there is a soft spot on the bedroom floor at the corner and in front of the closet.
