The roof appears to be in great condition. Over time the seller has applied sealant strips in various areas. Shortly after purchasing, the rear slide railing was replaced and recalibrated. Safety hand-rails were purchased for the main entrance stairs but have not yet been installed. The RV controls can be operated by a bluetooth phone app...this is a terrific feature. The front awning end cap has been slightly damaged. It does not affect the operation of the awning, but would be best replaced. This RV is extremely nice, and very well appointed. The experienced RV owner has added so many features that must be seen to be fully appreciated. Stock #386154 Bidet attachment, Pressure tank and upgraded pump, black and gray water stainless steel flush system, LED shower light install, Central vacuum system! Reason for selling is downsizing.
