Upholstery and flooring are in very good condition. The roof appears intact, with no interior signs of leakage. All slides were extracted and retracted smoothly during the photoshoot. The exterior still shines with no noticeable blemishes. Very clean interior. Tires have plenty of tread and look fresh. Two tires have 2019 dates codes, the other two are 2020. No rips or tears were observed in the furniture or flooring. No evidence of leaks on the ceiling. The exterior has a few blemishes, one located on the front cap and an area on each side of the RV on the underpinning. There are two areas in the living room where it appears to have stained on the wood. The day of the photos, the slide appeared to be off the track and didn't want to come out straight. This Solitude is one of the nicest rigs out there. There are no signs of damage or ware to be seen. The appliances look brand new as do all the leather furniture. The owners have taken great care of this 5th wheel. Stock #349313 EXCELLENT 2021 GRAND DESIGN SOLITUDE 390RK-R FIFTH WHEEL! Why buy new when you can get a 5th wheel in amazing condition for a used price? The layout of the fine rig is extra special. The spacious kitchen is elevated and in the rear so no walking through the kitchen to get to any part of the trailer. This kitchen is nicer than most homes and the prep and storage space is amazing. The mid-cabin living area is super comfortable and perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. It also offers a gorgeous entertainment center and plenty of comfortable seating. The upper front master bedroom is open with plenty of space and the double sink vanity allows for plenty of counter space.
