OBO. Great 350 Engine, 4 new tires. Roof AC blows very cold air. Onan RV GenSet Emerald Generator with aprox 500 hours, gasoline fueled with new battery. Newly upholstered soft vinal front captain seats (cream color), new radio/CD player with new speakers (needs wires connected). Queen-size sleeping area over cab. Dark brown leather-like Sofa opens into a double bed, 2 small removeable tables in front of sofa. Small table in 'salon' area. Double stainless steel sink, 4 burner stovetop, Magic Chef oven, range hood with fan and light. Cold Star Refrigerator with freezer operates on electric or propane. Bathroom has sink/vanity top, tub with a seat, shower and Aqua Magic self-contined toilet system. Tile flooring throughout. The water system has a 25 gallon fresh water tank, 10 gallon hot water system (propane). Rear bumper is bent.

The kitchen has a two sided stainless steel sink.4 Burner Oven works on Propane.Overhead range exhaust and lighting. The private bathroom has a sink,shower and tub with self-contained toilet system. The water system has a 25 gallon fresh water,10 gallon Hot water (propane) ,grey and black water holding tanks. The original generator has been replaced with a New Onan RVGEN set.It is also gas powered. The RV has new tires,Reese trailer towing hitch.The Generator has a new battery.The engine has a new battery. Lots of storage space on board. The sleeping quarters are above the drivers cabin, queen size bed. The couch converts into a bed that also sleeps two. I just returned from Colorado and the RV performed flawlessly. This is a Great live aboard or vacation RV. Great for hunting or camping.
