(see pin and dry weight) Can be parked in a store parking lot using two spaces We are the 2nd owners. The first owners also kept it covered and in perfect shape. Non smoking Five double paned windows in the living room area allowing for lots of light, Glendale was a high end custom manufacturer, cabinets are solid and well constructed, large refrigerator and freezer, larger than normal shower stall, High end counter tops in kitchen and bathroom, hardwood flooring, almost new tires and battery, end tables in bedroom with overhead reading lights, dual functioning (blockout and semi blockout) window coverings. built-in vacuum cleaner, AC, great ventilation and when needed, heats up quickly! Fireplace, Recliner center console chair. LOTS of storage. Drawers have been lengthened/modified to use all the empty space in back of the cabinets. There is almost no wasted space. High end installed Power Protector (see Progressive Industries Electrical Management Systems model EMS-HW30C) Lots of added electrical outlets Roof is always cleaned and treated yearly. When not we use an RV cover. We always winterize, use dehumidifiers and keep the heat on low or heat it every week or so. A must see 5th wheel

Very clean and well styled 5th wheel. Everything on this trailer works and functions as it is suppose to and is easily managed. It is ideal for two people, and very cozy, but has capacity for two more. Has had limited use, 1st owner ordered with all the bells and whistles, and then had a stroke and never was able to use it. Has had minimal usage since. Major pluses: Three oversize windows in the living room area, Glendale was a high end custom manufacturer, cabinets are solid and well constructed, large refrigerator and freezer, larger than normal shower stall, corian counter tops in kitchen and bathroom, hardwood flooring, new tires and brand new batteries, end tables in bedroom with overhead reading lights, dual functioning (blockout and semi blockout) window coverings. Extras: tripod stabilizer, built-in Generator runs on propane and can be started from inside the trailer, a tarp for the entire trailer, has a rack for two bicycles, built-in vaccum cleaner, solar battery charging, heating and AC, great ventilation and when needed, heats up quickly! My wife and I looked for a year before we found this trailer and this was hands down better than anything we had looked at prior to this one! To see and experience this trailer will sell itself. This is a great buy.

2001 Glendale Titanium 24E29, Very nice Titanium. It is 30' long overall, but only 24' from the back bumper to the hitch pin, which makes it super easy to tow. It weighs about 7000 lbs. so just about any full size truck can pull it. I used a 1995 F-150 with a 5.0 liter. It has duel fuel water heater and fridge. Gas range and oven. Queen bed has been converted to King. New matresses, never slept on, still in wrappings. All lighting inside is LED so no extra heat or over usage of battery. Oh yeah, it also has battery power for when you're not hooked up to 120V. Good tires. Walls are made of aluminum over EPS solid foam. Great insulation. A/C works great and is ducted. There is a nice digital TV in the entertainment center that swings out of the way when you don't need it. The tank dump handles are in the side storage compartment so you don't have to crawl under the unit to dump the tanks. Overall this is a quality unit that deserves a look. Awning and 1 slide-out $8,500.00
