At the time of my visit, I found some minor interior damage in the bedroom. The wood panel on the front of the nightstand needs to be repaired. The awning arms did not retract completely and need realignment and adjustment. The slide awning has two small tears. The shower skylight cover is damaged. I walked the roof and did not see or feel any soft spots. Photos of all of these areas are included in the listing. It is always recommended that you perform your own personal inspection.
