Rear bedroom, large bathroom with closet, front living room with sleeper sofa and table (with extra leaves). LOTS of storage throughout! Furnace works great on those chilly nights. Stabilizer bars on the front hitch. Kept covered in winter. No AC, but is wired for it. We used a portable that vented out the window, window was never touched.
