1984 Franklin Franklin , 1984 Franklin Travel Trailer. 30 ft. Sleeps 4 (5 with twin air mattress on the floor). Rear bedroom, large bathroom with closet, front living room with sleeper sofa and table (with extra leaves). LOTS of storage throughout! Furnace works great on those chilly nights. Stabilizer bars on the front hitch. Kept covered in winter. No AC, but is wired for it. We used a portable that vented out the window, window was never touched.
