This two-owner motorhome appears in good condition and is currently garage-kept, well-cared for, and ready to go.
The interior shows well, with no significant wear, stains, or odors.
In the winter of 2023, the motorhome received new tires (six), a mattress, and coach batteries. The roof was also resealed in Winter 2023, and a new engine battery was installed in January 2024. The photos show a newer Vizio TV in the bedroom and a newer Samsung TV outside.
The upholstery shows well; a nick is in the driver's seat (shown).
The exterior is in good condition, with no significant dents or damage. The streetside rear decals show some sun crazing (photos). The seller states the LED lighting strip on the patio awning does not work. The inverter is not getting power. New patio awning motor in November 2024.
