1994 Foretravel Grand Villa Unihome , 36' U240 Motorhome. Only 78,000 miles! Well built, quality, maintained and ready to go. Excellent running Cat 3116, 6.6L, 250 hp backed with a 6-speed Allison MD 3060 transmission with retarder. Equipped with a 6.5 KW. Slide out generator/LP fuel. Velvet Ride® Torsilastic® Suspension plus we have added Rear Air bags. HWH automatic leveling system., 9R22.5 tires (purchased new in 8/2015) with only 6,748 miles on them. 88 gallon fresh water capacity, 80 gal. Gray water capacity, 55 gal. Black water, 174 lb. LPG tank. Corian countertops and table. Real wood throughout. 2 LCD TVs, (living room and bedroom), All (except front) windows have awnings plus there is a large awning as well.
